MYRON GARDNER

Growing up in a musical family (his father was an accomplished jazz trumpet player) it wasn't hard for Myron to make his way into the music industry. He grew up listening to jazz greats like Art Blakey and quickly found himself mimicking the rhythms and sounds he heard in the tunes. While he attended the Cleveland School of the Arts – he started making a name for himself among Cleveland 's Jazz musicians. He has played with Jazz acts all over the country and has been playing with the boys of the CWB band since November of 2003. Road Manager Eric Phipps comments that “Myron lays down some of the funkiest junk on the skins I ever did hear on this side of the Mason Dixon.” Roughly translated – Myron is one hell of a drummer… and be sure to catch his smooth vocals on several CWB tunes.
